Allow at least 4 hours for this museum visit if you really want to appreciate the information given and view the entire collection. We thought 3 hours would be plenty and had to leave as it was closing having missed entire sections of exhibits. The adult entry fee of £28 for a couple seemed high, but after my visit feel... More

I visited the Museum for the first time with a friend and had a wonderful day. It is easy to get to , very well organised and the people who work there were very welcoming. We started by going on the 11.15 guided tour with Clive who was excellent-I would recommend joining the tour because it gave us the background... More

This is a fantastic museum for the history of British Cars. The recent addition of more space allows them to display many more cars. Older visitors will see cars they had forgotten since their youth, while there is plenty to educate the younger visitors. The improvements to the M40 junction have finally been completed which makes it much easier to... More

We visited the motor museum some years ago, so when we went again recently we were pleasantly surprised with the improvements. The approach roads are all now dual track with plenty signs so easy to find. Disabled parking is outside the entrance so access was easy for one of our party who is in a wheelchair. Inside we were met... More

Arranged for 5 of us to meet here and surprise one party member for their birthday. It was 'ok' but not 'fab' & so I was a little disappointed and yes, I like cars very much! Tour took us just 3 hours and that included time for a coffee. Entry ticket valid for a year though so may return if... More

My husband and I enjoyed this museum so much that we've taken my in-laws to visit and are planning to take my parents along soon! It has a great mix of vehicles which makes it interesting for those with a fascination and love of the history of motor vehicles, but keeps those with just those with a passing interest enthralled... An interesting day out, easy parking, easy access. Friendly staff and well organised. Guided tours well worth it for giving a background history and context. Particularly interesting volunteer Tony, who gave us an independent insight into the special collections.

I really enjoyed my visit earlier this week. Easy to access and with plenty of parking, it is a very impressive site. The exhibits are well laid out with loads of circulation space and it wasn't too busy on the Tuesday of my trip. The collection area where vehicles are stored and some restoration work goes on was also interesting... More

The museum has recently been refurbished and renamed, but does not look greatly different from what it was before - and all the exhibits are the same. The exception to this is the new building containing a large collection of Jaguars and an "overflow" collection from the Trust. The main museum does, however look very smart and clean, and contains... More
