Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent day on BH Monday. Weather was sunny in spells. Plenty of parking! £8 per adult and children under 4 free. Lots to look at, plenty of eatery stalls, and small amusements. Awesome lot of steam-powered machines, classic cars, and side shows. Well worth going! Lots of attendees! Left mid afternoon before the rush. The only thing I didn't agree with was the use of very small children used as stewards ushering the cars in directions!

Great family day out, plenty of parking with disabled spaces near the entrance.
Well organised entrance system with short queues.
A lovely day out with something for everyone, lots of static exhibits as well as events going on in the arena all day. What we particularly liked was that fact that they had chairs situated all round the arena which we was very glad to use to give our poor ageing legs a break every now and then !
A facility a lot of Steam Rallies could do with taking on board, it’s not always convenient to carry a seat round all day.
Excellent choice of catering stalls, food cooked freshly as ordered also a ‘proper coffee’ van was most welcome !
A wide assortment of trade stalls selling practically everything from nuts and bolts to generators !
Looking forward to visiting next year.

Much better than previous years , living in the village thought we’d take a walk up and after the previous show in 2019 wasn’t expecting much but this year was far better , great displays to suit all tastes and chatting to people dedicated to their collections and hobbies - only downside was no ability to pay by card on the gate , minor setback but overall a good day out worth every penny of the entrance fee

Really great event! The weather was so perfect, so much to see and lots of great food options! Especially loved looking at the engines, cars and the craft tent for lovely local traders! Highly recommend, it's definitely worth the visit and great to see a newer rally!

A great day out!
A variety of stalls to explore, different food vendors to suit all tastes. The arena events were interesting and entertaining. Seats were provided around the arena which was a great idea.
Toilets were clean, enough bins for visitor rubbish.
Free parking on site.
Plenty for all ages!
Thank you, looking forward to next year already!!
