Casa Bacardí offers a really great, cozy and stylish welcome and experience, but the tour through the factory is really poor. The guide told us about the history of the company and the rum but we never went to the factory to see the rum...More

It’s a great place, first being here and love it!!! Everybody has to come. It’s a good experience, and everyone was so kind, the tour is really good and the best of everything are the drinks

We enjoyed the basic tour but will do the premium tasting next time for sure. The guides were great and very informative, the bartenders made a great miojito!

We took the ferry across the bay from Pier Two in Old San Juan to Catano. The cost of the ferry is $1.00 round trip and free for those over 75 years of age. From there we took a shared ride taxi to Bacardi. It...More

I recommend touring the Bacardí Factory. I even suggest taking the ferry from old town to the tour. You’ll actually get two activities in one. When you are in Puerto Rico, this tour is worth $15.00 per person

We weren't going to take their tour because we had done it before but we wanted to shop. Information from a year ago about ferry is still valid. Half a dollar each way for adults and a quarter for those over 65. Van's were right...More

There is a ferry from Old San Juan to Catano, where Bacardi is located. The ferry ride is the bargain of the century - 25 cents each way for seniors - a whole 50 cents for everyone else. The ferry dock in Catano is a...More

This is our second time taking a tour of Casa Bacardi. This time we did the rum tasting tour, and it was very different from the previous generic tour. At the end of the tour, you take a rum tasting of six different Bacardi rums...More

We bought/booked our tour online and selected the time slot that we wanted. This allows you to skip the line and enjoy your free drink.

We took an uber from our hotel to the distillery, we didn't get a chance to take the ferry to Old San Juan on this trip. Uber was inexpensive and the drivers gave us lots of tips and info about the island.
