There wasn't a whole lot to see there unless we were missing the attraction of why everyone was talking about it unless it was just that is contributed so the historical culture of the island build.

Great place to hang with friends after a day on Orient Beach. Choice of bars and restaurants, quiet location, easy finger food and pleasant view across to St Bart's.

The Oyster Bay area is quite picturesque with the boats in the morning and the view of St. Bart's. Even though it's off by itself on the eastern side of the island, it's lovely and has quite a few restaurants and activities to keep you...More

The Oyster Pond Area is quiet, lovely, and offers mariena and sea views of St. Barts. Voyager offers ferry service to St Barts from Oyster Pond vs traveling to Simpson Bay. Many restaurants to please the palette vs driving back to downtown or Simpson Bay....More

Our tour guide described Oyster Bay as 'Oyster Bay where the rich play' Admittedly very beautiful and obviously a more flash side of town but somewhat unkept. There had been huge rains the day before we arrived in St Maarten / St Martin and there...More

Lovely community nestled in on the east side of SMX. Friendly, helpful locals, colorful visitors, and nice vibe. And the marina is an artist's vision! Changes each year a bit, but they're always adding something new. Thankful the timeshare hawkers have been chased away!

Beautiful area on the Island. We stayed in a Villa on the Mountain & had the most beautiful views. Many good restaurants, tours out of the marina & wonderful beach.

There is a mountain of seaweed that is starting to decompose and it smells like methane gas or sewerage

I think it may be under the wrong location. Many of the reviews for the Voyager ferry in Marigot state leaving from Oyster Pond for St Bart's. It's under transportation in Things to do.

Big Fish is great. But for great BB chicken there is a small hut across from it that you've got to try.
