Inhotim seems to be out of this world. Combination of art galleries, outdoor art and botanical gardens, this place is a must and everyone will love it, regardless of age, gender and art background. If you cannot make it in two days, at least make...More

The park is beautiful and very pleasant to spend the day walking around the galeries, arts and gardens. Reserve two days for a complete overview of the park.

A remarkable venue for the huge variety of plantlife and gardens alone. Various exhibit centers and sites on the expansive property offer something for everyone. I must admit it seemed more heavily weighted toward avant garde than traditional. Photography, sculpture and painting abounds, but mostly...More

If visiting Brazil and you're close to Belo Horizonte, do not miss a visit to Inhotim. Luckily, I learned about Inhotim from a Brazilian woman on the plane and I'm so grateful I did! It's considered a museum but it's much, much more than that!...More

We went to Inhotim in a group of 7 couples and 3 babies under 3. Great experience: world class art (but also great emphasis on contemporary Brazilian artists), jaw dropping landscaping, good restaurants and first world infrastructure inside the park. Plenty of space for kids...More

Visited with our guide Rafael Assis Inhotim. Thanks to Rafael we made most of the day we had! Outstanding service at an outstanding place. Open your mind and wander among the beautiful gardens to get familiar with modern art. Very inspiring! Great for a day...More

Grounds are beautiful, the architecture of the galleries is interesting, most of the art will only be appreciated by those with a taste for modern and avant-garde gsrde pieces. Get a cart ticket to save your legs from excess walking.

Our daughter, who lives in Sao Paolo, had been to this attraction before but insisted we needed to see it while touring the Estrada Real. She had tried to describe it...but it far exceeded our expectations. It cannot be described - only experienced. We were...More

Great place to visit even if you’re not into modern contemporary art. It’s definitely doable in one day, and I strongly recommend hiring the golf cart (unless you reaaally like walking, and has time to spare). I’m not into modern art so I just highlighted...More

David, they are not requesting the certificate anymore, so you will be ok. The uber will be able to take you there, but not sure if you will find a driver to the return ride. There is a bus and a shuttle from Belo Horizonte... More

There are several bus lines from BH to Inhotim. Unfortunately I'm just not familiar with the details. Those shouldn't need hard to find on Google. I stayed Pousada Casa do Abrahão em Brumadinho. It was a bit distant... More
