What a place... can't say in words or pictures, you must go there and see it. Usually is very crowd on weekends and holidays, we were lucky because it was raining s lot in Belo Horizonte but not in Inhotim, so the place was almost empty. Ask for the golf cart when you by your ticket it is worth. Specially... More

I had been told that it was worth making the trip from Belo Horizonte to Inhotim but I had no idea it was going to be quite so spectacular. I shared an Uber with two people from my hostel. Total cost 105R each way. Time taken 1:15 each way. Set in 500,000 acres of picture postcard countryside are 23 galleries,... More

If there were the possibility of awarding "Above excellent" at Trip Advisor, Inhotim for sure would deserve it. Never seen anything like it. Ok, if you don't care for art and nature, it's not your piece of cake. Otherwise... gorgeous landscape, carefully planned so nature would not only beautify art galleries but actively dialogue with them. Great contemporary art galleries... More

Coming from the UK and Europe, I've been accustomed to museums and galleries in Italy, France, England etc with famous pieces from around the world. Actual art. I'm not an Artsy person, I appreciate a skilled painting or creation but I'm not a believer of a bottle of Coca Cola on the floor with the lid off being a work... More

Everything is PERFECT. The art collection, the bespoke designed galleries for each piece or artists, the landscape all perfectly orchestrated. The service on the phone and on site are also brilliant despite the volumes of guests they welcome every day, the Brazilain's service with a smile and absolute client service orientated staff. Both restauarants offer great food, as all ingredients... More

Inhotim museum was amazing! It's an open air museum, so it involves quite a lot of walking as the total area is 140 hectares (options for driving transport too, however they cost money). It's amazing though. Not only is it a natural beauty, but while you're walking through the park, you will find art galleries! My favourites were G16, Galeria... More

A huge open air museum just outside Belo Horizonte. It used to be a fazenda that was transformed to house the collection of Mr Bernardo Paz. It is a mix of pavilions, work of art i the open and botanical specimens from around the world. The tickets are very accessible and the organization and transport around the ground is perfect.... Wonderful Museum with its breathtaking gardens and huge Art Galleries! Peace and relax! Good restaurants, especially the Tamboril one. The Coffee shop close to the shop of plants and ceramics is really something. The homemade "pão de queijo" is a must taste!
