Good little stop close to Kawakawa. Great friendly welcome. Small tour with local guide who was informative and amusing. Accompanied by guitar playing as we.did the cave tour. Lots of glow worms to see. Don't miss Priscilla the eel! Well worth a stop. Recommend.

This is a relaxed yet informative cave experience The walkways are well built and quite new. The walk is completely on timber walkways with some stairs. Very interesting description of history and introduction to glow worms Not too expensive at $20 each

This is a nice short tour through the glowworm cave and it is way cheaper than the Waitomo one. Glow worms are the same everywhere sophist is your best option. But I really recommend on going to see then, because it is marvellous!

Family run. Very informative. Not a very large place. Caves have stalactites and stalagmites and and as you go in you see the glow worms. Guides are knowledgeable. While I cannot find fault with the place and it was good, I would not rave about...More

A short (200m) guided walk into the caves. You can get really close to the Glow-Worms and the caves would be worth a visit even without them! Good sized car park and track, although unsealed, was ok for our motorhome as it was only about...More

Very knowlegeable tour done by a family of locals, passionate about their job and heritage. Not very big but quite impressive, nice activity to do if you are in Paihia on a rainy day!
