Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Golf with a cart on a Friday afternoon. Layout has lots of dog legs. Well positioned foliage, great condition. No course map, minimal signage for directions, so got lost a bit. Tee markers not well defined. Covid measures were well done.

Great track, Only about an hour outside of the city and really good value. You can usually get a tee time for around $25 with cart on golfnow which is great! The course is always in great shape and fun to play.

Played for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a lot less. The course was in good condition - the greens a little slow as they had recently been dressed. There were a few odd greens with false fronts and shaped like an inverted saucer. Nothing that I would call a " signature hole " except perhaps the 17th which is the worst designed hole that I've encountered in 50 years of playing golf. The staff was pleasant and the price ( $ 43.00 inc. cart ) was right.

If you use underpar and can replay, be careful. The pro shop manager will decide give you replay or not depending his mode.

We all at some point have impressed, or tried to impress others, with our descriptions of the monster golf coursed we have played. Awesome vistas, billiard table greens, $100 green fees and another $100 in lost golf balls.
Those of us who chase the little white ball a few times a year really need a course like Harbourview.
Not too long, but long enough to use all clubs. Cut through mature trees, to add interest and challenge. Greens are not Augusta quality but then again if we are honest, most of us couldn't put those greens on our best days!
Reasonably priced and well worth the money. An afternoon here is probably a much better value and certainly more fun than an afternoon spent at a dozen or more "prestige" courses dotted around the GTA.

The course was in good condition and the greens were well kept. Very busy on the long weekend. The clubhouse put a seniors five-some out at 7:50 am and that kind of backed everything up from then on out. There's a reason why five-somes are not a good idea and today was one of them. Nice layout but nothing really exciting. You know when you go to some courses and there's always one or two (signature) holes that you tell all your golf buddies about at work the next week, well this one didn't have that. Don't get me wrong it was a nice course just not memorable. Staff were very nice and the facilities were clean. I would say overall about a 6.5 out of 10.
