Best beach by far in the area. Watch the tide as it goes really shallow but can suddenly go really deep all of the sudden.

This is one of the more sandy beaches in the area. There's plenty of parking near by but this is pay on entry so please think about how long you want to visit before arriving at the pay kiosk. There's a nice cafe with inside...More

We visited Camber Sands for summer holidays it has a lovely sandy and quiet beach. The weather was sunny so it was nice to be there. The problem is to find Parking place near to the beach. Once you are there you can spend whole...More

2 couples short mid week break. Nothing to do in Camber but excellent base for Rye...Hastings...Eastbourne or further. Flat countryside...sand dunes...windy....good for families but children need careful supervision due to tides

Stopped off to give the dog a break. Lovely beach and very popular with dog owners judging by the number there. Amenities nearby include a cafe and loos.

I absolutely love sand dunes, so Camber didn't disappoint. To get the beach from Dunescape - our home for the weekend you could either walk across or round the dunes so accessibility is good for all. There is a fair size car park on the...More

We spent a great weekend here staying at Pontins. Would NOT recommend staying there. The beach is beautiful and we walked away from the restaurants and shops and found a quiet spot away from the crowds. We had nice meals at The Dune bar and...More

A lovely unspoilt beach with golden sands. It as tumbling sand dunes, a small and understated cafe area and its a great location for everyone.

Hi, taking my elderly mother to Camber at the weekend with two small children who would love to go and play on the sand. Just wondering if the beach is wheel chair accessible at all? Is there any where mum can park up and watch the children play? Thank you!

Sorry only just seen this question. Suspect it is too late. From what I saw it did not seem to be wheelchair friendly. Do hope you have a nice weekend whatever you do

It does actually say when you walk up from the car park that they aren't allowed but there were plenty people having them. We personally didn't. Plenty of bins to clean up after you.
