Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place of Mendoza is definitely one of the most attractive to visit. There are plenty of places around the lake where the sightseeing is fantastic. Also you can get down to the lake level, or go to one of the dozens of oriels of rock hills around. The new tunnel allows you to get ehere from the City of Mendoza much more quick and, when you get put of the tunnel... enjoy the view!!

The Potrerillos reservoir was created when they installed the Potrerillos dam. Highway 7 rides along it for a few miles on your way from Menodoza to Chile. There are some great views but also a nice overlook that allows you to pull over, get out of your car or tour bus and soak up some of the views. There were a few boats along the shoreline and the lake seems to have a small group of people who take advantage of the recreational possibilities. Surrounded by high desert, rock and dirt, the water is a welcome break to the scenery.

Unmissable place, its blue waters amaze. It is a beautiful place, but to spend the day you have to take everything, since there is no shade in the surrounding area, nor places to buy something to eat.

This dam was created to distribute water to all regions of Mendoza. The water is damaged or released as the glaciers melt, the largest source of water because it rains little in Mendoza.
This way the vineyards have an excellent irrigation system.

On the way to the excursion to the high mountains I found the Potrerillos reservoir, a beautiful place for its colors, which takes in the river and the mountains of the Andes mountain range in the background. You go along national route number 7 and it is The path is very pleasant, since we find very beautiful landscapes, this walk also has attractive tunnels that pass under the mountain, which makes them very impressive, you can take photos to see the reservoir at panoramic points along the route, I recommend it, it is a place to visit in the province of Cuyana de Mendoza
