Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nice waterfall and 3 caves nearby. I was in November, so the river level was low, and the waterfall itself was narrow, but at least you could get close. There is a swimming area between the rocks where you can rest. There is a bridge from which people jump into a 'hole' in the rock. Nearby, there are picnic areas (wooden tables and chairs). You can hang a hammock if you have it. There is also a bar but I don't know prices or opening hours. The place was very crowded, I waited quite a long time before I managed to take pictures with fewer people. Unfortunately also littered - mostly beer bottles. Access to the waterfall and caves - a muddy path, a wooden bridge among the trees on a certain section, but also a narrow passage between the rocks (photo).

A good diversion from hard work, relax with family and friends and enjoy the great outdoors. Highly recommend taking your camera and swim gear. Pay attention to the weather before going

This waterfall is interesting for us to swim, but the water is a bit cold. It is a good job to go in week days because there are not may people there, especially in rainy season as December.

The wonderful Iracema falls are situated about two hours from Manaus by car. We visited the falls on a tour to see the caves. You go through the hotel on the way to the falls. We wished that we could have spent a whole day here. We did not know about this fantastic attraction. Our tour guide told us about this on the way out from Manaus. The falls are beautiful and form a small lake safe enough to swim in. You can also sit under the thundering falls. The water is wonderfully cool and refreshing after a tiring walk at the caves. We did not stay in the hotel but it looked pretty decent, with simple individual chalet type accommodation. So if you are visiting the caves in Presidente Figueiredo tell you guide to take you to this falls. You will love it.

Great water attraction after a nice walk in the jungle, it is a definite must if in Manaus, and with the means to visit Presidente Figueredo, which concentrates more falls, nature and caves. Take a full day off to visit the area!

It is a beautiful waterfall, very touristic you can swim and enjoy the surroundings. Depending on the season it is possible to swim under the falls. Many people visited there on weekends. It has a good infrastructure in an well preserved area.

Presidente Figueiredo Municipality is a great place to be visited in your visiting in the Amazon - on the way - you have opportunity to enjoy the rustic Amazon breakast and exotic food and elso an Amazon Cupuaçú or Brazil-nut candy...unforgotable!

The water levels were so high, that I could not get close to it, but the red water makes it an incredible view.

An excellent place to spend the day with family and friends. The river is a spectacular place that deserves to be preserved. Some tourists drop trash in this beautiful place. :(

Due to the volume of the water, we can't swim at this waterfall, but the area has some caves and trails to the jungle (limited particular area) to explore or simply take a look
