My daughter had a fantastic time on the main cable. We booked a beginner session and it was great. She thoroughly enjoyed herself! All equipment was provided and the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She can’t wait to return for another go!

My daughters first go on a board.
We arrived at 9:30 and were warmly welcomed by Stuart and his team.
A lovely set up with plenty of parking and great instruction from Dennis.
Katie is sitting here looking at her dates of when she can go back again.
Katie was nervous to start but absolutely loved it and came away on a huge high.

They cancelled my son's birthday party 3 days before the date! Ridiculous to give such short notice. As compensation, they offered a £100 voucher - as if that made up for it...
Luckily Thorpe Lakes still had space, and the aqua park there was actually really nice, so there is no reason to return to Liquid Leisure in Windsor ever again.

My husband and I took our 10 year old to Liquid Leisure on Saturday August 6th 2022.
We were greeted by a man on the entrance gate who checked we had booked and that we had the relevant code for the main aqua park. That was the last adult wearing a Liquid Leisure t-shirt that we saw. The whole place is run by teenagers. We checked in at the reception and were told that although we had paid £23 each, that only included entrance and a wetsuit. It didn’t include safety socks or a safe place to leave our belongings. I managed to convince the teenager in the information desk to hold my car key after refusing to pay a further £3 for a padlock in order to use a locker. We took £1 coins with us for lockers but obviously they wouldn’t miss an opportunity to take more money from you…
The day before we went, I searched the LL website for useful info, maybe a ‘please remember to bring’ list, towel, goggles, a padlock…but there was nothing to indicate that you’d need more money on arrival.
You wouldn’t need the safety socks if the inflatable park was clean. It was filthy, covered in slippery, green stuff from the lake. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Around 20% of the inflatables were flat, either they had an air leak or just hadn’t been well maintained. This meant that these inflatables weren’t safe to cross.
There was a sign telling us to be in the safety briefing area 15 minutes before our start time, which was 10am. We were there and the pre-recorded message played on the speaker at 10am, not a minute before, which meant that we were late to start. We were also early to finish, being pulled from the aqua park at 10.45. You only get a 50 minute slot but we had 40 minutes.
When we walked out of the lake, we headed straight to the changing huts area, looking for a shower but there are no showers! Worse than that, there is no running water anywhere, even in the toilets. So we couldn’t wash the lake off before getting dried off.
We were so disappointed, the whole experience was dreadful.
Save your money and choose a different place to go and entertain your family. This place is poorly maintained, unsafe, very badly run and frankly, an absolute rip off.

Avoid this place at all costs, the safety measure are ridiculous and your children will be at risk. They really need to close this place down.

Amazing day out on the inflatables and also wakeboarding - we all had such a great time.
Group of friends with children of different ages we had a great spot by the beach
Kids and adults all had so much fun on the inflatables and also enjoyed the wake boarding
Only negative would be that they do not cater for people with food allergies like my husband who has coeliac so couldn't eat much

This was our first trip to Liquid Leisure Windsor with my 2 kids (9 & 12) who both took a friend and we all had an excellent time. We used the wet suits and socks for extra grip on the inflatables which definitely helped get over some of the trickier ones. We all fell in the water quite a bit which made it more fun, but it was clean and there are step points around the inflatables to help you get out. The younger kids did need a helping hand so it's good if a parent goes around with them but my 12 year old was fine.
We also went on a speed boat ride which was thrilling as it went around 40MPH with some music playing, the kids took it in turn to sit at the front with the wind rushing through their hair. We then had burgers and slushies.
We will definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic day with the kids here, who loved every second of it. Got a bit lucky with the weather can never be to sure with British weather 😂😂.
Special mentions to Ollie who helped my 7 year old who had a small cut from falling over, he did a brilliant job at looking after her and making sure she was okay. Overall would give the experience a 10/10 and would definitely come her again.

The place was very nice and the aqua park was good fun. Sadly I ruined it for.myself by getting dehydrated but the friendly and polite lifeguards helped me a lot. I dont remember all of their names but I think they were called claire Henry and Jansen. But the actual aqua park side I would recommend just bring water.

My son and husband want to to the main course but I don't. Can I watch and get a coffee without a ticket? Website is not very clear- one bit says no spectators and another says most spectators watch from the cafe/bar

Hi, my 6 year old is not scared of water and comfortable paddling around out of depth but cannot swim 50 metres unaided even with a buoyancy aid. This is a pre-requisite of the park. Does this really impact him being able to do even the junior aqua park? Any thoughts?
Hi, I am arranging a hen do for July to use the aqua park, we are planning of going for a meal after, however I am wondering is there any showers/areas to get ready in after going in the water?

Can we swim in the lake?

Well, not really. When you fall in from the obstacle course you’ll obviously be in the water but it’s not really done for swimming.

Can I buy gift vouchers so they can go when they want?

Hi JackieHan,
Yes I did exactly that. Having wakeboarded I wanted to get my nephews and children a package for them to enjoy during the summer during their holidays and Liquid Leisure provided that.
It was a little tricky navigating through their website and all the different packages. So I ended up buying more than they kids needed but the gifts don't expire so I'm sure they will use what they didn't use this year, next year.
Hope that helps
