Arranmore blue ferry in a great choice when traveling to the island. You will be welcomed in the office by the lovely Rachael and if you’re taking your car the crew will reverse it onboard. Scenic twenty minute journey, you won’t be disappointed.

The ferries taking people, cars & other vehicles between Arranmore Island and Burtonport are first class. The crew are very helpful and will drive your car on & off if, like me, you are inexperienced and a little nervous. I am disabled and they will...More

This small ferry which travels between the Island and Burtonport is a very interesting journey. It holds a few cars , which, interestingly are backed onto the deck. We did not take our car over as the Island is easily walkabe. The crew will back...More

We recently wanted to go to Arranmore Island so we figured the best way to get there was by Ferry. Arranmore Ferry was very good, we have the transportation pass so we only had to pay for the car. The crew were very friendly and...More

Very easy crossing to arranmore island from burtonport. The guys will even put the car on the ferry for you and drive it off if you're not comfortable doing so yourself! It takes 15 mins to cross, and the scenery is stunning!

The ferry is great. Not too rocky and the journey isn't too long. Nice views along the way. Reasonably priced.

Arranmore Island has spectacular scenery and is well worth a visit. We took a ferry from Burtonport across to it – return fare is 15 euros/adult; I think it’s free for those with over-65 travel passes. You are supposed to get a 10% discount if...More
