What an amazing place this is! There is so much inventory stored under the one roof. Apparently this is also the largest John Deere collection in the Southern Hemisphere! Well worth the visit.

We were unsure what to do with our day so I looked up museums in the Manawatu and came across this museum. We live in Palmerston North so it wasnt too big a trip but long enough to feel we were having a good outing. This was well presented and interesting with a warm reception. $30 in hindsight seems completely... More

The native birds welcome you into a world of yesteryear - an amazing display of transport, agricultural and industrial machinery, and household items from the first inhabitants of the region. Great for all ages and the most incredible collection of John Deere tractors you'll see anywhere. A walk through history.

We spent several hours here - a family group of four - children aged 3 and 6 and two adults. There is heaps to see, a great interactive gig ride and some olde worlde games to play. At $30.00 it was good value for money given that admissions is the only source of funding

Feilding is blessed to have such a rare and excellent attraction as The Coach House Museum. We dropped is without much in the way of expectations bit were very pleasantly surprised. The museum houses an amazing collection of horse-drawn buggies and carriages, along with all manner of agricultural implements. There is also a collection of fully restored vintage John Deere... The volunteers have done an amazing job with this museum. Not only is there some great information about the agricultural history of the Manawatu region, there are some things for the kids too (big and small). What a great great games display. The displays keep people interested with some allowing you to have hands on and you can get up... More
