Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Start your adventure here for a fun session of mountain biking or hiking. There is a great variety of scenic trails in a rain forest setting & they all have markers. A lot of work has been undertaken recently to improve the trails & this has increased the popularity of the area. A flat trail near the carpark is perfect for little kids learning to ride. There are many cross country trails with obstacles & jumps with varying levels of difficulty. The down hill riders have not been forgotten with a couple of dedicated trails. The closest toilet facilities are at the hall at the top of Gyndier Drive.

If you're visiting Noosa, I'd definitely recommend spending a morning (before it gets too hot!) doing the Wooroi Bike Trails in Tewantin National Park. We hired our mountain bikes from Bike On. There are 10 trails with varying difficulty, number 1 is a scenic and gentle 10 minute ride through the hinterland, anyone should be able to do this including kids as it's mostly flat. Trail 2 is quite a big step up in difficulty from trail 1, which I wasn't expecting! It involves a lot of up hill cycling and takes around 45 minutes to complete. On the way down it's so much fun though, lots of twists and turns and jumps, you can go quite fast. I'm a beginner and it was a bit of a challenge but not too much. I didn't do the other trails but maybe with a bit more practice I will give it a go in the future!

The Tewantin National Park and this day use area of the park is a natural rain forest and bush with some trails through it. This area is popular for biking and walking particularly if you like natural bush. Frankly my preference is the beach and ocean but if you are into bikes and bush and walking this is an OK place .
