Just ask the hotel desk. Everyone in Flores has 'a friend' who has a tour company. Most will try and scam you in some way, but they are working on such thin margins you can't blame them. To avoid the slow and boring 2 day trip on a rickety old wooden boat, take the speed boat to Komodo. If you take the 2 day option, expect to pay around $USD300 for the whole boat, crew and food. Don't bother about the bullsh#t cabin option, just sleep on the deck it's cooler.
