The views from here across Kildare and the curragh are beautiful. Huge amount of history here (1798 rebellion) - worth a quick stop off as close to motorway and Brennans pub is worth a visit in the evening also

Round tower and graveyard in Old Kilcullen is well worthy visit. It’s very interesting to walk around graveyard. The view from the hill is spectacular. I enjoyed my visit.

About a mile from kilcullen on the athy road turn left and visit this little gem. Magnificent views. Ancient tower and beautiful ancient stone. Great 10 stop off. Well worth it.

Look around the creepy old grave yard of old kilcullen round tower and high cross your mind will swiftly go back in time
