It is called Magasuget (you can feel it in your stomach) because of it´s location - high above Bergsfjorden and Bergsbotn. It is a great viewpoint along the scenery road (Nasjonal turist vei) in the north of Senja - a must-stop coming up or going...More

This place is a modern way of enjoying the view over the fjord. The platform hangs above the deep valey and offers a nice view over the fjord. So little excitement and good view. 3/5

If you are in Senja, this is a must. It would be great with the northern lights but unfortunately it was too windy the night we visited - for a tripod.

Beautiful view over the sea and shore. Senja is called Norway in miniature because of the variation in nature and experiences.

After crossing from the mainland over the bridge, Senja looks little different. Drive across to the west and discover the stunning fjords and coast. The viewpoint at Bergsbotn is almost worth the drive alone. Then further along the coast is Tungeneset which will complete the...More
