Wonderland on the top of the mountain

Going up was crowded, no room to see out the windows, but it was fogged up anyway. It didn't take very long before we got to the top

On this visit to Vancouver, I tragically didn't have time to get out of the city and into the mountains. Nonetheless, I walked, bused, SeaBused and bused some more to the Grouse Mountain Skyride. As a kid, I'd visited in the spring, but arriving just after the first snowfall up here was magical. This time was really special, and I'd... More

This is a breathtaking view - and in my opinion the best part of the whole mountain. Its a must-see but only on a clear day although traveling through the mist at the top was fun too

The views from the Grouse Mountain Skyride are no doubt stunning. The ride is relatively short though. While it wasn't raining on the day we went, it was quite foggy. I assume It would have been a better experience if we go there in the summer.

If you are not into winter sports, then plan your trip around the weather, so you do not miss out on the priceless views. Dress in layers as it can be noticeable colder at the summit. Enjoy YO!

Queues to go up, queues to go down. when you get up views are very limited. To go in the top floor of the main building , you have to be at a function or the posh restaurant - views from deck below for plebs like us are very restricted by tree groth. You can queue up to take another... More

If you want to get to know Vancouver as a tourist this is a must visit attraction. The view is the best in Vancouver; you get close to nature and the mountains; see a Grizzly up close; take a helli tour (book ahead); hike the trails. - and so much more.

The view you'll see is very nice with snow capped mountains and the vancouver downtown area plus the sea area. There is a lush forest around the mountain with a trail going up.

My advice, take the Grind up the mountain. Then spend the day watching the shows and take the Skyride down. Be sure to check out the wolves from above on the way down, they are just before the parking lot.
