Only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, allow 2 - 3 hours for your visit to Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The park offers more than just the bridge. Its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. No more so than with the newest attraction, CLIFFWALK. Cliffwalk hangs for 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high, hugging the granite cliffside and offering a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure venture from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 110 feet (33m), for a squirrel's eye view of the forest. Guides, signage and interactive exhibits throughout the park help you in your understanding of rainforest ecosystems and their sustainability.

Don't miss this. It was out number 1. Just look at the pictures. We went up to Vancouver for 1 day from Seattle. We went here first in the morning. I brought 3 of the boys and my wife who fears heights. She survived. It's not just the one suspension bridge. It's the tree top adventure and the cliff walk.... More

Quite nice, but for a family could be quite expensive. I feel for residents of Canada this should be quite a bit cheaper. However, quite pretty.

We had a day to spend in Vancouver so picked this place as one of places to visit. We are absolutely happy with our decision. If you are in Vancouver, you must visit this place. It's a bit pricy but totally worth it. The suspension bridge, the view, the fresh air, everything is awesome. It should be on top of... More

We had a blast going through this park. Tons of activities, great views and really immerses you into the nature and beauty of Vancouver. All of the activities were worth trying even though some were scary (if your weary of heights, cliffs, rushing water, etc.)

There are plenty of suspension bridges in the PNW, this just happens to be the most popular one. Yes, it is pretty cool, but the crowds make you get pretty hot (as in frustrated). This is a neat experience if you're from out of town, aren't a hiker, and want to do something you can't do in most places.

The setup is well done with lots of information points to explaining the history and the natural aspects of the area. The walk on the suspension bridge is breathtaking with the river gushing underneath. The tree top walk is fun and well done to highlight the uniqueness of the rainforest. The care, professionalism and details required to create this place... More

My fiancée, puppy and I came here as she had never been before and it was a fun experience. It makes an attempt to be a "Forrest hike" in the city with an awesome bridge. I would recommend going during a slow tourist time as the bridge itself can get quite packed and slow. The nature walks are fun and... More

This park will delight everyone in your family... yes, even those who are not especially fond of heights. The suspension bridge sways gently but is so well made and cared for that there is never any fear of falling. The steel cables on either side give firm handholds for those who want them. Once on the other side, you can... More

Definitely worth visiting - awesome place. The suspension bridge is cool, and the tree top walk is amazing - but the cliff walk is brilliant! The fact you can get a free shuttle bus from the heart of Vancouver every 30 minutes makes this a must-do!

My husband and I had been referred to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and happened to go on a drizzly dull day. When we got to the ticket booth, we were shocked at the cost of entry, but went ahead. It didn't take us long to realize that this park is worth every penny of the admission fee! We spent hours... More
