Cabane a sucre Bouvrette was a big letdown with a 1 hour wait even though we had a reservation. Once the wait was over, we were taken to our table but it was the wrong one so we were asked to wait again for 5-10...More

This is a very big place, with traditional quebecois sugar shack cooking. Plain, simple and hearty food served in a family atmosphere. Lots of attractions after the meal with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

It was horrible. Food was not very tasty. Egg souffle was very dense and dry. The sugar pie was the highlight of it all Very limited with portions on the sweets...had to ask for a bigger piece of pie and more pancakes as they tell...More

Really neat way to celebrate maple syrup. Great food, traditional in every way. Knowledgeable staff explained the syrup process to us, in English which we appreciated. Must do in the spring.
