Beautiful view.

The cape forchu light station has a beautiful view of the harbor. It also has a very easy walking trail. It is also a good place to catch Pokemon.

The drive out to the Lighthouse is an amazing adventure on a narrow 2 lane road. If there were more places to stop on the side of the road I could have taken many more pictures. Once at the Lighthouse the ocean is beautiful to look at and the rock formations great for pictures. A must visit.

The trip out to Cape Forchu in itself is an interesting journey. I can only imagine the waves crashing over parts of the road leading down to the light. We spent a while on a foggy evening checking out the light - and seeing a couple of Geocaches. Peaceful when there's nobody around!

If you like to play, this is the place. Plenty of gyms and pokestops and crazy random rare spawns in the middle of paradise. Dress warm though!

So many improvements to this light station, the grounds and walk ways are very well Maintained. The ice plants are colourful and delicate looking and yet hardy enough to stand the wind etc of the Cape Forchu. The only dislike was the staff inside the light station, they seemed preoccupied with idle chit chat and not interested in their visitors.

I love this place! The town sure has done a lot of upgrades. I lived in Yarmouth for years and moved to Alberta. It is so nice to see it online and view it through the webcams. Beautiful and all time favorite place to go.

A quaint drive through lobster piers takes you to Cape Forchu with its unique walk through rocks to a tidal pool. The walk ways are all accessible and paved to make a delightful morning walk. Even though the lighthouse was closed when we were there, the view was just as beautiful as Peggy's Cove. Worth the trip!

Quiet location for a walk on trails on bluff along the sea.The lighthouse is a little climb up but you don't need to go all the way for a good view.It has huge rocks around it.
