The sculptures that remained had to be cut down earlier this year. They had rotted to the point of being dangerous.

They are all over Truro, Corner ford street, queen street, prince street willow All kinds of them really nice sculptures . Great idea to use the Tree that's going to die any way. nice very nice!

Makes Truro unique and provides a bit of history of the people who have played important roles in the town.Have lost a few due to age and weather,still fun to wander around and come upon the remaining sculptures.

Well worth the walk around town, all on the flat. Get a map from the infomation office. Don't forget your camara.

These are quite interesting. The carvers did a good job but I must admit they are all showing their age. At one time they were quite the carving feat.
