Was at the Gardens during the May long weekend and enjoyed the artisans as well as the rhodos. Weather was amazing. The grounds were so well looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed walking around the ponds and walking some of the trails. The rhodos were gorgeous and may last a while as they are a little behind this year (2017)

This is a beautiful woodland garden with craft tents, musicians, water features, and food stalls, as you meander through the trees and natural gardens.

We discovered this park when we attended the Artisan's Fair which was being held on the grounds. What a lovely place. Would be great for wedding photos, of family photo shoots. Lots of little areas to discover.

A great little park to go for a walk to experience the fresh air of Vancouver Island. Nice trails, off the beaten track.

We wish we had known about this little gem of a park before the end of our vacation. It is a beautiful place for a view picnic and a stroll on the beach. Everything a beach should be... rocks, sand, driftwood. The campground is rustic, but looks like a great place to stay. Lots of beach view spots.

I visited Kitty Coleman Woodland Gardens on Sunday, September 4th for the annual Artisan's Fair. It cost $10 to enter the garden and the fair - which is on the expensive side considering they want you to buy more stuff inside - but the artisan's in attendance were great. I managed to buy Christmas gifts for lots of people in... More

Very nice to walk around the grounds with ponds and fountains. Full of trails and when we were there it had an artisans fair.

Great woodland garden in need of more travellers visiting. Plenty of flowering shrubs such as rhodo's and azaleas, trees all over and large numbers of trails, somewhat overgrown in places but a great place to visit. Modest facilities (no tea room!), but well worth the visit

Best in Rhodo season (early spring). Out of season this may seem like a rather ordinary park. So best to come in mid May.
