Big mall, lots is variety of stores to shop from, not a fan of the food court seating. Parking is free and there is lots of parking. Good place to go if you want to shop but not drive around

Metro as we call it is a great place to shoppe, it big, lots of parking above ground and underground. \make sure you note your parking place or you may have trouble finding your car again. Winners is our favourite place and to top it all the food court offer many different fares.

Parking is free and there is plenty. Mall has a great variety of shops and includes grocery stores. One of my favourite grocery store is T and T. Great for gifts, shoes , accessories, sporting goods.

Great place to bring your out of town or out of country guests who love to shop. A lot of great selection and the mall is huge. Also great place to meet and have coffee.

I've brought the following matters to attention of Mall management several times in past two years. 1- the men's disabled toilet door opens worth a push button. I took my dad into the washroom on a wheelchair. We then pressed the lock push button. He lowered his pants and began to pee. Someone from outside had passed the open button... More

As to my knowledge the disable toilet doors were fixed, however I will make sure our maintenance supervisor takes a look at all the doors again. For the soap... More

Thanks for visiting! We agree Metropolis can get pretty busy, specially in the afternoon, early evening! Some shoppers choose to visit in the morning to avoid the crowds. We hope to see you again soon. More

As it was pouring with rain we decided to visit this centre and ended up spending a few hours there. Every type of store you can imagine , well set out plenty of maps and signs to find your way about. We got a taxi there and back but it looked liked there was plenty of car parking and a... More

Another huge mall with lots of shops and everything to do, but driving past it should be avoided if you have somewhere else to be as the congestion is what can be expected for a big mall like this. I understand that the skytrain access for people with disabilities meaning elevator is not working, so I'm not sure how you... More

Hello and thank you for your review. With the new Metrotown Skytrain upgrades in full swing, Translink has set up a shuttle service from Patterson Station to Metropolis for customers with mobility challenges and strollers. The mall can get pretty busy, and some of our shoppers opt to visit us during the hours of 10-11:30am or 7:30 -9pm to avoid... More
