Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The pools were dirty, crowded, and the surroundings are super tacky that would burn your eyes. Those purple colors decorations are horrible, artificial colorful stones, elephants statues are all super tacky!
Overpriced as well. Tickets are 100K IDR minimum for locals, you only get 1 coconut. And it was NON REFUNDABLE even though we were only there for 5 minutes, then asked for refund because the place was super bad, but they refused to give refund. That must be embarrassing for them if guests asked for refund due to didnt like their place, & they refused it! What a shame.
Never in a million years to come back to this place, even though it's free, NO!
Better spend your money to enjoy beautiful pools in beautiful resorts in Ubud with affordable prices & excellent service, view, & cleanliness.

This place was an absolute nightmare. The driver suggested this place and we trusted him without looking at the pictures or reviews, we expected some sort of template or something like that. When we came there it all looked a bit weird but the cashier rushed us into buying the tickets which are CRAZY EXPENSIVE for what you get. It doesn’t matter if you’re an adult or a child, you pay their fixed price which is around 20€. But that would all be tolerable if you get anything out of it. There are a few pools (which are absolutely crowded) and nothing else really... The view is not so good as you can’t even look at the volcano as you are in the pool. All of the restaurants there are, as you would expect, extremely expensive and not worth the price. Also there are barely any staff around, the lockers that you get are extremely small, there aren’t many toilets and all of them are very dirty, etc...
This was our worst part about the whole trip and our biggest waste of time and money, we still regret going there and trusting the driver to this day. Definitely DO NOT go there!!!

Kind of Disneyland in Bali style, but very sympathic – you get something worth your money (about 20 € entrance fee). Pools are clean, and diverse equipped, lots of restaurants and bars, not crowded (in January). More and cleaner toilets would be appreciated. I would rate it as “perfect” if there were not several roosters, disposed in small cages, each about 30 cm diameter. This is animal cruelity. Attention Management: I will immediately change your rating to “perfect” when you free these poor animals. Place blue elephants in the cages, they are very nice ! Please be so kind and contact me on that issue !

Beautiful views and nice pool. We found this place very relaxing and a great trip across the Bali countryside to get here. Long trip but lots to see. $30 each was abit dear but was worth it for the experience. You can drink, eat and smoke in pool but they do have a children’s separate side away from bar. The restaurant above also has a nice view but meal was just ok. Toilet and change room needs to be bigger but they have lockers for all your stuff. Towel provided as part of price. Don’t like the caged roosters but it is part of the area. We didn’t find to dirty just abit small in change rooms

Did not like the experience. Our driver suggested this place. It seems ok in photos and reviews were average. My biggest mistake. Should have investigated more.
It is not what it looks like in photos. It is dirty and specially lockers, toilet and changing room were dirty, wet and stinky.
Kids pool was very poorly maintained. Slide was rusty.
Do not recommend and Won’t go back.

This place may have been great at opening however it's now old, worn and dirty. A lot of flies however you would expect that considering where the place is situated. Staff are lovely and friendly however the water is not hot at all, even in the part advertising the hottest water, it was actually quite cool in some parts. The place is expensive and drinks are watered down. The water slides are in a desperate need of a paint and service, as you get stuck on a couple going down, so please don't bring your children here. It's a pity as I believe this place was once amazing and it has been let go. For the Westerners reading this, just don't go.

I should have done my research on TripAdvisor before going .....

What I wanted was nature. A natural hotspring in which to bathe.

This place is a “resort” feeling. About seven man made pools. Loud music everywhere. You cannot escape. Tacky, gaudy and badly built. Snack bars, chips and coffee shops. 200 Rupiah each for entry. See attached pictures for a feel.

There is so much wrong. Where is the nature and the sympathy with the environment ?

The actual site and the view of the lake is great. It has just been ruined by unsympathetic development.

I would definitely avoid. You can do so much better

The entrance fee is 300,000 idr per person, with no discount for children. The layout has many stairs, and the change rooms are tiny with no private showers. The food is expensive, and ours arrived cold. The staff are not friendly, and the ongoing building was very noisy. The waterpark for children disappointing with many attractions not working. If you are looking for a relaxing time in beautiful scenery, then give this place a big miss.

We stayed in Kuta, so it was quite a drive out to the springs (about 2 hours) but so worth it. If you planning on including thus in your trip, start your day early so you can get to spend some time there. The entry is from 300.000 rupiah(swimming only) up per person. There is lots of sunken bars and variety of good available. The infinity pools looking over the lake and mountains was an experience.
