My friends and I were wandering around Gananoque and happened upon this park exhibiting metal sculptures. We enjoyed the (presumably permanent) sculptures depicting birds of the area - notably the blue heron made from sheet metal. The other sculptures, though, were too abstract to make...More

I am always amazed at the beautiful sculptures in this park. We love to walk to the park in the summer, view the beautiful falls/waterfall, the sculptures and there are beautiful swans living there every summer. Don't pass this by if you in Gananoque. You...More

Nice little park and we were expecting more sculptures though. You have to watch were walking especially in the grass because of the goose droppings

A few interesting sculptures in a pretty greenspace. Nothing really special but certainly a nice place for an after dinner stroll. There is a very small picnic space with charcoal bbq facilities.

We couldn't believe that this park is said to be Canada's largest outdoor sculpture park! There were sculptures but not that many and the park is small. We had a hot dry summer so the grass was burnt and unattractive.

Why is the Gananoque Horticultural Park not mentioned? This is a lovely park and garden at the corner of Main and Mill Streets, run by volunteers of the Gananoque Horticultural Society for the last 94 years.

Location! Location! Location! If this is indeed the lovely wee garden on the corner across from Comfort Inn Harbourside, people drive past focusing on the traffic at the intersection. I noticed the well-tended garden... More
