We like to cycle & have our lunch at the water. The grounds are spectacular & it's a nice place to go for a walk.

Although we visited a number of good attractions within an hour of this site, this was a highlight. We love old architecture, Canadiana, literary history and biographical insights -- and we got it all here at the Leacock Museum. Have to mention that the guide was a young fellow who knew his stuff and was happy to share it. I... More

The Leacock museum is a wonderful place to spend a sunny summer afternoon. You get the feeling of living in the period of his time. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Took my Brother visiting from Ottawa to see the home and Brewery Bay. It was off season so very quiet, just the two of us. The custodian was at the home during our visit and gave us some great information and made us feel very welcome. Such a beautiful home. Very well maintained. The tea room was closed for the... More

Went there to see a presentation of the Great Escape. Totally enjoyed the entire experience. There are frequent events held here and the grounds are gorgeous. They also have a very nice cafe that serves great light meals.

A whimsical look into a character who formed a wonderful part of Canadian history and literature. The beautiful grounds and home are a must see for those interest in architecture, history and literature. I have a beautiful photo enlargement of the home in my livingroom that I cherish.

Quiet and peaceful setting, the grounds are lovely with a little boathouse out at the lake. A beautiful summer day when we were there. We were the only ones touring the house. Almost missed one section. Afterwards, stopped in at the restaurant across the parking lot and had lunch on the outdoor patio - very nice!
