This was pretty cool to see—how innovation and a desire to run a business off the land/sea combined to create special salts which we take for granted. The tour was terrific. We used the fleur de sel for cooking the rest of the trip! Special!

These salts can be addictive, which is a good thing! For salad, meat, fish, poultry, I have tried them on everything - dessert too! The are also available at The Emporium in Chinatown's Dragon Alley!
