Lots to see and do. Staff is great and multilingual. A little crowded at times which concerned me being with a younger grandaughter. A certain limit on attendance could be beneficial. A lower admission fee for people who are only going to the children part would make it a lot more attractive.

Overall this children's "museum" is merely a themed parent accompanied kid play area. The exhibits are not scientific nor have any interaction. This "museum" ought to be stripped of its status and renamed the history museum child daycare area. Props/ toys were sparse and during the busy and peak periods this museum was impossible to navigate and enjoy. Furthermore with... More

The day started off horribly after driving around the tiniest parkade looking for a parking spot to no avail. There are also no parking lots close by which is a problem when it is winter with small children. Next we get inside and it is jam packed with families with no apparent limit of the amount of guests allowed inside.... More

This place is awesome. I have taken various family members here from 2 years to 67 years and we all enjoy the children's museum. It's a well done set up with lots of entertaining things to amuse the senses. I fully recommend a visit for any age. One caution is that if you have kids, especially smaller ones, be careful... My husband and I visited back in 2008 and had a blast. We decided to visit again in 2016 once we had children. The staff said that 2 hours would be plenty of time, but our toddler could easily have spent 4 hours there playing and exploring. They don't advertise the Canada's National Museums Passport at the box office, but... More

We visited the Children's Museum on Remembrance Day and admittance was free all day. Lots of interactive display and exhibits for the kids to enjoy. Kids are given a passport and The craft room was large with table for families to create art work. Underground parking was $12.50 (max), heated garage we left our coats in the van, although there... This is a great museum.. our little 2 1/2 year old loved it. So much to do and experience for them. Also if you have older children the whole museum is worth the trip. One price pays for it all.

This is such a great place for kids to play for a day! Kids get a passport which they stamp at each station they visit. There is a mini theatre where kids can dress up and put on a play, with special effects and sounds and lighting. There is a full size bus kids can pretend to drive, a boat,... More
