Don't play table games such as 3 card poker, Missisipi, or Ultimate Texas Hold 'em all shuffle devices heed with number of players and the dealer's relative location so the shuffle is biased and with deal to dealers 1st or 2nd best hand all the time ripping off people, a very dangerous place to gamble. All slots at the lowest possible odds and very hard to hit anything. Altogether money-grabbing place, that to be avoid. What else that "security" will be called for any unusual speech or remark and will be accused of creating a "Bad atmosphere" and they will kick you out. Really terrible place to play cards.

We went there to see a concert with 2 other couples, I tried to make a reservation for dinner, but it is first come first served, we left our selves 2 1/2 hours before the show, less than an hour before show we finally got into the dining room, after some negotiations, got seated and ordered, we slipped the waiter a $20 and got our food within 5 minutes, which was veryn good, and got to the show on time

This casino has the worst payout tables and slots I have ever seen. They refuse to disclose the aggregate monthly payout unlike any other corporate casino out there. The casinos operated by Lotto Québec cite confidentiality. They wont even display the RTP on the slots, which most casinos do, or tell you if you ask. Not them. Québec regulation are that RTP must be at least 83%, which is the lowest in the country. Today on a 1 cent denom and 88 cent spin, I got a bonus round of 10 free games. My total wining after the bonus was 30 cents!!!!! Not even my initial bet of 88 cents. How can you lose 58 cents on a bonus round of 10 spins? Never ever seen that elsewhere. I guess it is true that government operated casinos are only tax collectors. With a shop that big, and tremendous number of employees they have, no wonder nobody wins there.

My friend was denied at entrance for suspicion of a fake id? It was clearly real and they even mentioned that it passed the “light check”. Even one of the three security guards claimed it was real. We were told that we could come back with proper ID which we were planning to do until a rude security guard came up to us in the parking lot and told us to leave and that they’d get the police involved if we didn’t leave the premise. Extremely rude service and very messed up behaviour for it to be originally a fun night with our friends. Not to mention, they had no ID scanner to approve it.

I am not a gambler, so I cannot comment about odds, dealers, and so forth. But I can comment about great and friendly service, free soft drinks and coffee, bar service at need, and no shortage of games, electronic and otherwise. Sadly, the theatre was still shuttered, as was the Club Alea. I would have hit up those places, absolutely, and left the gambling to others in our group. I did really like Bar 7, and its excellent martinis and decor. It might be in the middle of things, but you could easily think you were in a nightclub. The decorations and wandering zombies around Halloween were super-fun, as well. The Zone area is something I have never seen before in a Casino, with its hybrid of club/gambling action going on. Whatever your interest, it is a good night out. If you stay at the adjoining Hilton, you don't need to leave to get all of your needs met.

Dealers are vacuum cleaners and constantly cleaning tables of any chips to a point where it is obvious that their card shufflers are rigged to favor the house. Tried the Ultimate Texas Holdem and dealers constantly hit flushes and straights to a point where all payers are thinking the results are predetermined and grossly favor the house. Even dealer are flabbergasted at their own luck and admit they are never that lucky when playing the other side of the table. Basically, if one of the players had the same luck as the dealers, the house would be suspicious of foul play. it is just unreal the house edge and luck over this game beyond belief! Return to players are very poor. Obviously, with over a hundred employees on duty ever day, Lotto Quebec needs to pay them somehow. Would be interested to see how much they make every week and how much they pay out. But they don't publish this like other casinos. There are better places to play where you don't loose your shirt. i would perhaps help if the staff was friendly. but they are not.

Drove 5 hours to stay in Ottawa so we can gamble at Lac Leamy July 23-27 and again Sept.20-24. We also stayed in Pointe Claire, Quebec in order to visit Casino Montreal Aug.3-7 and Aug. 17-22. Although there issues in Montreal the biggest issue happened today. We head to our 1pm session in the Centre Right area, the man checking your booking at the door insisted that my husband use the soap at their sink which hubby has an allergy to regular soap and has always just used the water in all previous 20+ visits as some days we had session in several sections. My husband has always used his own hand sanitizer after using just water again because of allergies to Purell. For the first time we are challenged and my husband has to use the Purell and once we get in he has to go wash it off with warm water and use his sanitizer. At 4 we decide to get a 45 minute pass to go eat. You have to go out and come in on the far left side to which we encounter 2 men who demanded that my husband use the soap and spoke to him as if he was lying about his allergies. The guy from the right side comes over to say he allowed hubby to just use the Purell which I noted he had to get washed off as soon as he got into the Casino. They tell us that is unacceptable and hubby has to use the soap and water or the Purell so hubby again uses the Purell but just a dab since he used his own personal sanitizer but now they say his attitude to not what they expect and we are asked to leave. Hubby asked for a manager and Eric shows up 15 minutes later. He has already made up his mind and would not accept hubby’s allergy and laughed over it. He also states no soap and water no way we can go in even. I show him the extra personal sanitizer they I also carry and he says nope don’t know what that is so I cannot let you in. You can come back when your husband is willing to wash his hands. We told him to look at the cameras but nope not doing that. I asked if hubby uses the soap and has an allergic reaction would the casino be responsible nope was the answer. I even explained hubby having allergies to cigarette smoke, grass and cats. He could care less and just kept dismissing us. They had my blood boiling in the end with the stick together, snickering and laughing attitudes when it really isn’t funny. So &$#@ rude. I am sure they could have looked up his name and seen the many bookings we did between LacLeamy and Montreal. Do you really think grown adults in their mid fifties are suddenly just out to be defiant. Laughs on you Lac Leamy as you won’t get the money back that we won which was enough to cover our 4 trips plus hotels and expenses and lots left over.

After the covid reopening, the first time I went I booked the least popular area of slot machines in the casino. It was ok and I felt relatively safe.
The second time I went I booked the most popular area. Big mistake!! Although the staff at the door are very diligent, there aren't any staff members that enforce the mask mandate or distancing in main playing area. I saw people wearing the masks below their noses and even saw some that pulled down their masks when playing at a machine. Patrons were not leaving appropriate distances and actually coming close enough to bang you as they passed by. As a regular attendee I certainly won't be going back anytime soon.
