Once a year I visit the park for the Fireman's Muster and this year is was a beautiful setting for the old cars and with the different vendors it made for an enjoyable day.

Our family heads here every summer for our annual family picnic. Excellent park. Clean. Lots of activities for the kids ie splash pad, play ground equipment. Highly recommend it for any family.

Been going here since public school. The only thing I miss are the animals. They closed the zoo. Behind park is quarry..near Parkside collegiate. I have swum there many times. I believe they now call it lake Margaret. Lovely park. Has a baseball field..tennis close....More

This park is full of beautiful trees and flowers which is well maintained. You can walk, cycle, have a picnic, take your children to the splash pad and walk your dog. There are various events throughout the year too.

Approx. 5 minute drive, 20-25 minute walk. The splash pas is now turned off, but play area and washroom are open.
