Winter Wonderland

Just a few blocks away from quaint urban downtown is an absolutely delightful escape into the woods for a skate or walk. Added bonus is that it is free.

We visited this park while in the area and took the kids skating. The paths are beautiful and well maintained. Be careful stepping out onto the ice from the change house as it can be a bit tricky and several people fell.

Totally amazing place, I'd love to see it in the evening. Didn't skate but walked the trails. Lots of families during the day, ample parking and a warm lodge

Worth the drive from Montreal. The ice is great, the different circuits give you some distance options, and the hockey areas are nice too. It was apparently their peak time but it didn't feel busy. The ice was really well taken care of too. We'll go back and we're glad to have done it.

What a great place skate, play hockey, snowshoe or walk. This place has it all you can skate in the bush play a pick up hockey on the large rink, 2 small rinks for the kids, snowshoe on the trails or just go for a long or short walk on the trails in the forest.

Wow ! These skating paths are free . There is a heated changing room with washrooms . No lockers . We went at 10 :00 and there were very few people skating .

A great place to go skating in winter in the woods or have a walk with your dog in the walking paths.
