Heard many good things about Blackie Spit & checked it out with are 1yr. old lab. Very dog friendly & he loved playing in the ocean. Great place to go

Blackie Spit is connected to Crescent Beach, so getting there is very easy. Parking lots are on McBride Avenue but those fill up easily on summer weekends, so getting there early is a good idea. There are lots of areas for picnics and festivals are...More

this place is spectacular but stay away from the little ice crran place near the roundabout its so expensive and not great for food,get gelato across the street, beautiful beaches and a great vibe, you can rent paddleboards as well,enjoy,also has a land fight park...More
