At the end of Hwy 66 west of Bragg Creek Alberta there is a beautiful setting called Forget me not Pond. What a wonderful place for a picnic as there's plenty of spots, some with tables, to relax and enjoy a lunch. Try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a walk on the pathway that surrounds the pond.

My friends and I came to this place after we visited the Elbow Fall. The ForgetMeNot pond was so beautiful and peaceful. We walked around and sit to enjoy the views. There are picnic tables and fire pits around the pond so it's a great place for picnics.

Spent Friday at Forget Me Not Pond. What a stunning place. We did some SUP yoga with H2flo yoga out there and then had a picnic. Lots of picnic benches and fire pits for lunch or dinner. The water in the pond when there is no wind is incredible... crystal clear and vibrant in colour. Can't wait to go back... More

Beautiful place, the water is crystal clear, it's really nice to spend the whole day with your family there just to relax or even go for kayaking or hiking at the nearby. Don't forget to arrive early, it's usually very busy, especially on weekends and holidays, unfortunately there is not enough space to park.

This place is quite beautiful in the spring and summer and is a great place for a hike and the pond is perfect for a quick paddle around in a boat. Look it up on google and see why it was named Forget Me Not Pond.. interesting story.

The view is spectacular. There is a nice walk around the pond that is easily managed by seniors who prefer a leisurely stroll to a more vigorous hike. The ideal time to visit is late spring when there is some snow on the mountains in the background to get the most impressive photos with reflections in the pond.

We stopped at the pond to have a picnic after doing the Nihahi Ridge hike on this last visit. Even though it was mid week, there were many cars in the parking lot. Weekends are really busy so get there early to get a picnic table and a fire pit. Over the summer weeks, we've often seen larger groups take... More
