One of B.C.’s most beautiful 9 hole public golf courses. This Gulf Island Jewel offers four elevated tee boxes and affords expansive views of the challenging golf shots that lie ahead. The course is deceptively challenging, with 6 separate tees for the back nine, yet it is a great recreation destination course for all handicappers.

All very nice people doing an excellent job making it an enjoyable experience. Michelle in the pro shop keeps the place running but won't go for pizza on Wednesday night because she has stretch class. Al does a good job too, but he doesn't go to stretch class or pizza night either.

We visited this course during a 3 day stay on PI. We were made to feel very welcome by MIchelle who was very helpful. We rented clubs which were of a good standard, the whole package of clubs, cart and green fees was good value. The course has some challenging holes and was in good condition, it was a very... More

Wow what an experience - we rented clubs at the clubhouse and had a good chat with the manager about the course layout etc. Super friendly experience. Then as we were finishing the 6th hole, the manager came out to us and told us that a pod of killer whales had been sighted close to shore and were headed to... More

My wife and I golfed here May 3 & 4. Our first experience was that the course was quite challenging. One of the mowers was broken, so we lost a few balls in the long rough. There were daisies on the fairway, which made it hard to find your ball sometimes, even when you were lying right in the middle... More

Not sure what I was in for when I signed up for the inaugural Rainbow Cup but you're never too old to try new things. Had my first real 9 hole golf experience with a great crewand didn't even throw the club once. I was told 150ish yards from the 1st hole with my putter was quite a coup also.... More

We have been golfing at the Pender Island golf club regularly over the years. It is reasonably priced and the staff is helpful and friendly. The club has a relaxed atmosphere. Many of the holes are a par 3 or par 4. It is quite a hilly course so it's a good workout if you carry or pull your clubs.... More

We are beginner golfer, and this golf course was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The price was very reasonable, and we got 20% off for showing our BC ferry receipt. The golf course is very scenic, and has some great tee off views. We had a fantastic time and definitely recommend it!

This beautiful course accommodates all levels. From the front tees it is a pleasant game;the back tees offer sufficient challenge for a pro. The exceptional scenery and lack of crowds rushing play make this a favourite. Modest green fees are a pleasant surprise.

This is such a picturesque golf course with a perfect rural setting. Interesting and challenging as well, it is a very casual course with great friendly staff. The course gets quite dry in the summer but the greens are still usually in great shape. Give this a visit when you are on Pender.

9 hole course which is quite challenging. Friendly pro and staff. The greens were a bit rough and the fairways in bad need of some water.
