One of Bristol's most established tours and running all year round on Friday/Saturdays at 8pm. The Tour was featured on Tv's "Most Haunted", "The Source" & "Made in Bristol".
The fun and informative 90 minute guided walk for all ages combines Haunted buildings, Tv and Film locations plus some fun Bristol trivia too. Advance bookings are required. Private Tours are also always available on a date to suit you.

I emailed John too book onto the tour for my partners birthday, John replied quickly and was so friendly that I knew before the tour had even started we were in for a good time.
We were in a small group of about 10 people and John did a fantastic job of making sure everyone felt included. The tour was informative and funny, filled with the rich history of the city along with fun and spooky anecdotes from local people that allowed us to really see Bristol as a living, breathing city. We have visited Bristol many times but we left knowing more than we would have ever discovered ourselves. 2 hours very well spent.
John is so charismatic and friendly you are bound to have a good time.

A fascinating couple of hours following a route round parts of Bristol that we thought we knew but in fact didn’t…it’s amazing how much you miss in the hustle of daily life and John was expert in getting us to hear and see a whole different side to things on the way.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable and a mine of information - not just about the places we stopped at but also a host of other topics! We were in a small group but he made us all feel very comfortable and he has an engaging, friendly manner. We very much enjoyed the evening.
Definitely recommended for a private tour with friends and family - we’d go again!

Absolutely fabulous tour.I am originally from Bristol but the information given,the presentation and the absolute wealth of knowledge along with the genuine down to earth Bristol humour from a true Bristol gentleman was beyond all my expectations. Told me stuff I remember hearing from my grandparents as a child and more..so much more !
I brought my 11 year old granddaughter who was intharauled from start to finish..
The whole group were captivated.
Can't praise this tour enough.
No fuss..no gimmicks..Pure Bristol history, humour & a fab evening.

I had arranged the walk with John as part of a work 'team day.' John was really friendly and prompt in correspondence leading up to the day. On the day, he was punctual and made everybody feel relaxed and at ease. John shared some fascinating facts about the buildings and sites we visited on the tour, I loved the ghost stories and wish there were more! John was very friendly and a good laugh. Feedback from the team after the event was overwhelmingly positive. A couple of people had to 'drop out' a little early due to underestimating the length/difficulty of the walk (both with mobility issues) so worth considering this beforehand. Overall a great experience and one even Bristolians in the group went away having learned something from.

This was a brilliant tour and John, our guide, took the time to get to know us and pitched the blend of ghosts, history, art and film locations perfectly to suit everyone in the party.
He then followed up with photos from recent filming of "The Artful Dodger" for one of the party who expressed great interest.
The tour was fun, John has a great sense of humour and is very quick witted.
He organised the tour so that it ended outside our hotel. He was interesting, knowledgeable and very considerate.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone researching Trip Advisor and I've already recommended it to friends.

What a fabulous experience. I was looing for multiple ghost walks and came across Johns one. He was so knowledgeable about the buildings in Bristol. He was kind friendly and made such a fuss of our dog Jasper. Really enjoyed and would definitely reccomend :)

Looking for something spooky for the kids on Halloween - is this tour suitable for children or not really?

No! That’s not to say that the guide couldn’t tailor this if you gave him the age group. A lot of the information is historical ( the pub door covered in human skin!) and cinemas that are haunted! Acts of parliment, how the firefighters knew which houses were covered by insurance etc. I wouldn’t take children under 12 but if you spoke to the man who was so informative in advance as I said he may tailor it accordingly.
