Wonderful shopping mall, it's so big and has ever shop you ever need. Maps available to find what your looking for. Clean and fresh air throughout. Escalators and lifts to get to different floors. Glad we visited!

Spent £26.50 for 6 and a half hours parking in Broadmead NCP. Everything we wanted was within Cabot Circus, Broadmead, The Galleries and The Arcade. Recommend the Klosterhaus restaurant near the Apple store, and the friendly key cutter in The Arcade.

Not to be confused with Broadwalk in Knowle, Broadmead is the shopping district in the centre of town. You’ve got The Galleries at one end and Cabot Circus at the other. Have been coming here since before either of the ‘endy bits’ were built and its not changed a huge amount from its utilitarian 1950’s design.

Bristol Shopping Quarter covers the Cabot Circus, Broadmead, The Arcade and The Galleries shopping centre. Basically it is the Bristol shopping district. I like it. everything is in a compact area, bordered on the south by Castle Park and the north by the A 38. It is mostly pedestrianised, so there is little traffic to worry about. All of the main shops in Bristol are here. If you want to go shopping in Bristol, you have to go here!

Lot of shop closed down. Many people ask for money. Some shops very good. Most shops ok for wheelchair. Very good pizza in Losteria, good value.

The questions below ask if you would send other people there and for how long would you recommend they stay.
My advice would be not to go there at all - EVER.
It is astounding that a city the size of Bristol has such an appalling shopping centre. Cabot Circus is far, far too expensive. The Galleries should be pulled down and rebuilt. The Arcade is practically devoid of a single interesting shop. And the rest of the area is bland and outdated in appearance. When you look at pre-war photos of Bristols shopping area you realise what we lost when it was destroyed and Broadmead was developed in its place. As a boy I remember that it was at least vibrant and carried a huge wide range of shops but not any more.
Driving through it is a nightmare and you need to remortgage your house to afford the parking charges.

Its nice to see some greenery around Bristol where you can wander the shops, sit outside, enjoy a coffee, and meet some of the more interesting characters.

Visit here if you want to find something different, we did and found something different. Enjoyed it. Not great big names. But it is quiet nice to walk around. Recommend a quick visit.

The traffic once you leave the M32 is disorganized and the signage a waste of space. The signs that tell you how many spaces are in each car park weren't working and the signs to direct you to alternative car parks or to a park and ride totally absent ! The council highways and transport dept should be sacked as utterly incompetent and taking salaries under false pretences! What a contrast to Bath, just a few miles away but a world apart in terms of efficiency and signage. I will NEVER go back to Bristol to shop. A council should be bringing shoppers and visitors in to bring money to local attractions and business. Bristol does the opposite. If I could give 0 stars I would. DON'T GO there.. go to Bath.

The main shopping mall and area is Cabot Circus but the shops extend throughout the area providing plenty of options and different stores. Lots of restaurants and fashion stores.
