We booked onto a tour -they are advertised on ther web site - and were guided rounbd by a very knowledible lady. She showed us so many things whhich would not have been obvious to the casual observer. We were particularly impressed with the architecture of the side chapel and the hall vaulting - probably unique. Many stories of past... More

We have enjoyed our visit to the Cathedral, we found it very well cared for. My partner found the garden to be the highlight of the visit. The evensong was delightful.

Have a look inside, it's lovely. And the café is worth a visit too in the summer months. Various services throughout the day/week. Beautiful grounds around, including a grassy College Green.

There are always friendly volunteers to ask questions to but who leave you to happily wander around on your own if you choose. A very grand organ and lots of lovely details. Well worth a visit if only for a... More
