Lovely trip on matilda of bristol spoilt by a very grumpy boat driver who had obviously got out of bed the wrong side this morning. Very rude and clearly has had no customer service training.it spoilt a good trip

We used Bristol ferry boats as a unique and convenient way to get around Bristol on a recent weekend break. The boats and crew are all good and service and frequency of ferries are all good too.

What a great way to get around Bristol. Helpful staff on the ferry recommending places to visit. We arrived at Bristol Templemeads and then jumped on the ferry.

Friendly staff man these water taxis. Great value for money, quick to get around the docks area. Easy to get on and off if you're not to steady on your feet. They welcome dogs on board too.

It's a lovely way to see Bristol and a great mode of transport. Worth doing round trips on both routes. Kids love it.

It's not expensive, prices vary from around £1.50 to about £4.00 depending on how far you go and if you want a single or return fare. See the Bristol ferry website for details. Hope that helps!

As others have said - don't understand the question, if it is one even! Read the reviews if you wish to know more (and maybe check what you post!)
