Have always enjoyed Arnolfini. They are doing all that they can to be open and available when allowed by law during the Covid restraints. The bookshop has been opened on a limited basis. It remains a thoughtful and expensive selection. We have been in but we were warned that it’s worth checking the Arnolfini website before a visit because restrictions can change at short notice.

Thought this was a fantastic place with two great exhibitions on when we went - interesting and beautifully presented. Friendly cafe bar as well.

A very nice gallery with a beautiful position on the dock. A couple of floors with just two exhibitions on our visit but at no cost cannot fault the place

Due to COVID the gallery was closed but the bar next to the river was packed! Good drinks, music and a slight festival feel with the portaloos. Was a chilled atmosphere and people drinking on the harbourside also made it feel larger. Bring a jacket though, it was too hot in the main streets but the wind from the river got quite cold.

It's tempting to say that the Arnofini is a bit "too art and avant gard" - but that would be unkind. Although not at all impressed by the photography exhibition on the ground floor - we did actually both like and appreciate the 3-screen film and sound experience on the tp foor gallery. Great cafe - and very popular.
