Drinks filled with not much other than ice ,
Staff couldnt be much more arrogant if they tried, tables filthy

Poppedi to here for a quick drink…… ended up having a couple of fantastic Cocktails, the service and banter with the staff was second to non, highly recommended.

We had a great afternoon here. We only intended to pop in for one, but there was a deal on the cocktails and they were really good quality. What really made this place stand out though was the staff, who were really friendly and helpful. If you like rum and high quality cocktails this is a great place to visit.

Was gifted the rum making experience for my birthday and this is what brought us to the Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery. The whole experience is so well planned and delivered.
Firstly the cocktails included in the experience are so delicious and also the various rums you can sample.
The experience itself was so enjoyable and you can tell everyone was having a good time (might have been influenced by the alcohol). The "teacher" we had (his name was Jim) knew all the answers to our questions and was very engaging with everyone.
We stayed on for about a hour after to have another cocktail which there was so many to choose from. The decor is so cool as well everything is on brand.

Jim and the team down here are excellent! Super friendly and truly down to earth. Some of the top lads around! The place is incredible, a true hidden gem, and an absolute must visit if you’re in the area for a drink! Ask about the Rum school too, the facilities for this is ace too!

Really cool evening, it surpassed my expectations!
Jim the bar manager and his team were fantastic. They made our rum making experience a great night, one I will certainly recommend to all. We Learnt a lot about rum whilst always making sure we have a good rum cocktail in our hands and the tunes playing loud.
Jim and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stag group had a great time throughout the night. Thank you again.

We were staying in Bristol for a friends birthday. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were happy to talk us through their drinks menu and offer suggestions. One of our party is a non drinker and they were excellently catered for. They were happy to offer samples of the many different flavoured rums they stock and were very knowledgeable about their products. One of the staff members even took us on a tour of the premises. We stayed for a couple of hours and had such a good time we returned the following day. When we arrived on the second day the bar was extremely busy but we were still given the amazing service we had received previously. We will definitely return on our next visit to Bristol and will book the rum making class. Thank you Bristol and Bath rum distillery

Booked for small group and paid deposit. Arrived on time and sober. Bouncer was incredibly rude, and denied entry to all but one of our party without explanation. From reading other reviews, it sounds like this wasn't the first time it'd happened.
