In desperate need of a refurb or upgrade. Holes are very plain and boring with little to no obstacles. Would’ve been fine 10 years ago, but crazy golf has moved on so much recently. Although the staff were polite, the aging and dull course makes this a waste of money. Wouldn’t visit again.

Had a birthday party for my six year old with his friends last Sunday 23rd. From all the emails I had received from David, I assumed everything was fine and could not have been more shocked by the attitude of the staff on the day. Although they were aware we were outside waiting to set up, nobody let us in til the last minute. The female staff member with glasses on opened the door and did not even speak to me, until I put some balloons out by the side of the first hole. She rudely told me I could not put decorations up on the course. I told her I had received permission to do this, and she asked for proof (as if I’d lie!). I had to put down my armfuls of party bags and find my phone to prove to her that David had allowed us to do this. Once I proved it, she said ok carry on. Not an apology. They did nothing to help, nobody told me in advance there were no slushies despite that being part of the party package I purchased. The kids had to make do with apple juice. We took some of the children into the arcade bit and one little girl was desperate to use the squishmallow machine. It didn’t seem to be working and when I asked the staff member with the glasses on, she said no and walked away. They did not really acknowledge our presence or show any customer service whatsoever, and many of the parents collecting their children or getting drinks thought they were rude. The young lad behind the bar was friendly but the female staff were very rude. I would never book another party here or recommend it, as we were obviously not welcome.

Great atmosphere (Saturday afternoon) but quite busy. Nice to have choice of 2 routes. I did the other one on a previous recent occasion with friends so nice to do a different one with family. Bar available and you can have a drink whilst walking around (check out the drink and golf packages which are good value). Handily located at cabot circus to team with a meal etc. We all really enjoyed it; however the price feels too high.
