Fascinating place, tranquil walk through wooded land, running water, streams, as much fun for doggies as it is for everyone else. Play area for the younger generation. Ice cream van, small café, large field for ball games etc. Worth a visit for a pleasant walk.

This is the best park in bristol very large plenty for the kids to play on. The walk down along the river is very nice also it has a overflow car park as this place can get very busy.

The Frome Valley runs to the east of Vassals Park and provides a very easy level path along the river. It's a well used route and very popular with dog walkers. It's great for buggies and wheel chair users too. I found the path firm...More

Without a doubt, great place for bikes. Along waterside is really flat and good for just pottering along,
