Brilliant three hours of coaching with Sam last week at Ashton Court. Friendly, approachable and an excellent coach. Sam also helped improve my bike set up. I had a great morning and learnt so much, which I'll now be putting into practice. Highly recommended.

Very friendly guys, we were lucky as we hadn't booked but they managed to cater to our group of 4. Fun few hours outdoors

I had a one-to-one session with Matt yesterday afternoon which was excellent. I just wanted to add another excellent review to the impressive total that Matt and the team at Pedal Progression already have. During the session Matt really focused on some key areas such as body position and posture. He was really clear and knowledgeable and by the end... More

I had a 3 hr 'foundation' coaching session with PP with my 2 kids and a friend of theirs, I've ridden a mountain bike for several decades but still the session was great fun and, despite the range of experience, the training was pitched perfectly for all of us. I highly recommend learning the basics with these guys (I soon... More

I had a day of coaching on Friday with Sam and rode at Black Mountain Cycle Centre on Saturday. The coaching session enabled me to feel like I had ridden confidently and smoothly all day, despite really muddy conditions. Sam tailored his coaching, not only to my needs, but also to my preferred way of learning. He uses a great... More

I have just got back from a three hour 1-2-1 bespoke tuition session with Matt from Pedal Progression. This was a Christmas gift from my wife. I got so much out of the session, despite some very typical British weather. I am already 100% certain that I am a better and more confident rider as a result of these three... More

Went here in January 2017 for a beginners course in mountain biking and it was great. I went on the public course with a group of 6, all of varying abilities, and so it meant that I got a fair amount of attention 1 to 1 but I don't think the groups are much bigger than 8 anyway. Matt our... More

Booked onto the one day course to pick up some tips on what I should be doing on my mountain bike. Great tuition, and covered a good range of skills, some of which came more naturally to me than others. However, always good to leave a session with 'homework' and areas to practice (for me manuals, and coordinating my body... More

We had a 2:1 coaching session with Sam yesterday. Sam had a look at our technique, took it apart (in the nicest way possible) and not only taught us what we should be doing but also gave us training exercises to take away. The level of coaching was absolutely first class. Sam clearly knows his stuff but he is also... More

Had a 3 hour mountain bike lesson with Matt from Pedal Progression. The objective was to understand the fundimental techniques to enable me to become a better and safer rider. The lesson was great fun and really useful - giving me loads to go away with and practice. Highly recommended, thanks
