The only thing held hostage was our will to live.... Warning bells went off on the approach when we realised that the only loos were two portaloos outside and the ‘building’ looked like a dodgy, dirty scout hut, and I have to say the portaloos...More

This was quite the most disappointing escape room experience we've played so far. We've played a number of games in the Bristol & Bath area and this was the first we tried with City Mazes, but it will definitely be the last. In fact if...More

Waited around for longer than half an hour past our scheduled time before entering. This was on a Saturday afternoon and cut into our plans for the day. Ruined

An extremely cold and wet warehouse. The ground is literally the muck you walk on outside the warehouse and after rainfall there are puddles inside the escape rooms. When walking in the dark, puddles are not ideal. Although these rooms can fit quite a few...More

Thank you for your review after your recent visit. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience. We have themed the rooms in Bristol with the venue in mind - it is an abandoned warehouse. I'm sorry if that wasn't what you were expecting -...More

This is not a fully tech heavy maze! But the money you pay on Groupon is worth it’s weight in gold. We ended up paying £10 a person for a well though out and out together maze. Completed it too which is always a bonus...More
