What a great advert for English tourism . Long queues but the only maps were for sale , no street plans free as in other offices ( even here in cash strapped Spain their is always a varied selection of free guides , magazines etc...More

pooriest tourist info have come across unless you want to buy things you don't want. no leaflets and if you want a map then queue to speak to the few working there if there is space to do so. very tiny place.

Patient, pleasant, informative and unflappable. In this Town and Gown city, here were people with a local warmth but cutting-edge professionalism in skills. They seemed genuinely happy to help in spite of a busy envirmonment.
