Cambridge Guides' scariest storytellers are running ghost tours every Friday and Saturday from October to April at 6:30pm local time, and in the summer at 7:30pm. Additional tours also run at Halloween, Christmas, Easter and Bank Holiday weekends. Tours last about an hour.

Leigh was my guide and she was fantastic- she is a fascinating person and her storytelling really makes the tour. It was an excellent way to spend the evening, Leigh is very knowledgeable and Cambridge is the perfect backdrop to hear ghostly tales. After the event I was sent links and information about things that we had discussed; Leigh really went out of her way to give me a great experience.

Thanks for your wonderful review and for letting us know that you thought Leigh's tour was fantastic. She tells us that she also enjoyed the evening hugely. Leigh's knowledge of all things ghostly is vast, and she always goes the extra mile for her Haunted Cambridge guests.

Kirsten guided us for the night. She was a great storyteller and informed us of the interesting history of Cambridge. The tour was not too scary; she kept us comfortably scared. I recommend wearing layers because it can get quite cold.

Hi, I'm so glad you enjoyed my tour - it was a beautiful night to be out but yes a tad chilly so you are wise to recommend wearing layers! I'm also delighted to learn that I maintained a level of comfortable scariness throughout, which is just what I aim for. Haunted Cambridge specialise in congenial spookiness.

An absolutely sterling evening of creepy stories, gruesome history, and a side of Cambridge rarely glimpsed even by the locals. Sophie was an exceptional tour guide and never once faltered in spite of the noise and thoroughfare of Cambridge on a busy Friday night. If you're looking for something different and, quite literally, off the beaten track, then I can't recommend this one enough.

This tour was fantastic. Ruth was our guide and provided a very personable experience and a tour that balanced history with creepy, macabre stories - exactly what we wanted. She also provided some excellent recommendations for other things to see while in Cambridge. I'd absolutely recommend this tour.

Ruth brings to life the stories of the dead! The tour was unique because of the tour guide, and her lived experience and research within the dark and dim streets of Cambridge. Looming paranoia, loneliness, punishment are lighted within the streets we walk unaware!

A wonderfully spooky tour! I’ve lived in Cambridge my entire life and I only knew one story our guide told us. Super interesting, eerie and a must do for anyone who loves a ghost story! Guide was really knowledgeable, I could’ve listened to her all night! I would definitely go again to hear some different tales.

Delightful tour of the city with some wonderfully grizzly stories. Sophie also answered non-ghostly questions along the way and gave us a great insight into life in the city.
