While visiting the Cambridge campus, we saw this college, with its impressive Medieval architecture and tall spires. Caius is one of the oldest and largest of the Cambridge’s colleges, and was founded in 1348. Lots of stunning architecture and beauty, and an amazing chapel. One...More

Everyone knows this college as "keys" and is located on Trinity Street next to Kings college. Gonville and Caius was founded in 1348 and is one of the oldest in the university of Cambridge.

I stopped by Gonville and Caius to sign the commemoration book for Stephen Hawking. The chapel where it was is stunning, as you would expect. There was a short queue, but there were multiple books one could sign, as there had obviously been so many...More

This is one of the few colleges that allows visitors. I went in to sign on Prof Hawking's condolence book and also to have a look. The college grounds and the chapel are free to roam around.

Would put the review at good rather than very good. Interesting. The college where Stephen Hawkings did research/studied/taught? Worth a visit. Interesting facade with stories about the figures on the wall.

A beautiful College with opportunities for some great photos. Anybody who seen Porterhouse Blue with the great David Jason back in the 90s will feel they have gone back in time. The chapel is especially beautiful.
