Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A really lovely tour. John was knowledgeable, adding details relevant to the party he had, and he had a really good pace. It's always worth doing a walking tour to orient yourself on the first day, but this was also a very enjoyable one!

Very informative and also at times amusing. Tony knows his stuff. Not only the colleges, but also the weird clock!

Time flew by, even a bit of rain didn't take anything away from an enjoyable tour.

My family hired the "From Romans to DNA tour" including a visit to King's college and another one to Queens' college. We have enjoyed the visit enormously. Tony, our guide, was excellent. I found his explanatios very complete and at the same time he managed to be entertaining. The two hours the visit lasted just flew and I wish the visit had been longer. I must add that this was my third time in Cambridge (first time for my family) and that I had already been to a couple of guided tours that I liked, but this has been the best by far.

I was incredibly impressed with our walking tour with Tony. He is hugely knowledgable and kept the tour lively and entertaining! We really enjoyed seeing some of the colleges and getting an insight into their history. Hopefully we'll be back to cover more!

My mum and I visited Cambridge to take a look at the University and randomly stumbled upon this walking tour. It was unbelievably funny and refreshing and our tour guide Tony was seriously so well-informed and hearty. This added to our enjoyment and overall experience, so a big thank you to him… also as I’m interested in studying at Cambridge University his insight as a former student there was the best part for me personally. :) I really do recommend this.

Our tour guide Tony, was an engaging speaker with a great knowledge of the people and places of significance in Cambridge.

He lead us on walk that revealed marvellous medieval buildings and told us stories of the scholars and people who had lived and worked within them.
