We did the historic ghost walk as part of our works social group. It was really informative and Jonathan did a great job explaining the city’s history and the more macabre twists. We are looking at booking another tour in the new year as we liked it so much.

Jonathan is an outstanding tour guide. He was informative, entertaining, easy to listen to and provided the right balance of history mixed with interesting stories. He led us around Cambridge while pointing out important landmarks and shared details about the many highly regarded graduates of the many colleges here. Cambridge came to life for us.

Thank you Jonny for an informative and fun tour of Cambridge. The tour was part of our team-building exercise. Sometimes living in a historic city makes you immune to its beauty, it was great to feel like a tourist for a day!

Johnny was a great guide and very funny. He was genuinely interested in us and ready to answer all questions. He had the true local’s knowledge and was a font of information and arcane lore and gossip both old and new. His humour and enthusiasm was a joy to behold. Would definitely recommend this tour to family and friends and anyone heading in the direction of Cambridge. Keep on strong Johnny!

Jonathan was great! At my request he met us at the train station and tailored the itinerary to focus on science based achievements at Cambridge. He was extremely knowledgable about the history of Cambridge and we learned a lot! We had plenty of time to take photos and ask questions. Finally, he recommended a great coffee shop that is converted from a chapel that was really unique and special. Also, we left us with great directions on how to get to the punting tours, the taxi stands, and other places we were interested in. I can’t recommend him strongly enough!

Tour was a comprehensive walk around the important buildings of Cambridge with many anecdotal stories to go with them. Only saw through one of the famous colleges however.

Jonathan was an excellent guide for Cambridge. He gave us an insight as to how Cambridge developed and how the Colleges came into existence. Lots of stories. It was a good pace for us especially as my husband had had knee surgery recently - but he coped well.
I would highly recommend Jonathan .
